FAQ

  • Our jeans are true to size, we fit every style on a women’s body from their size category. However, with different denim fabrications, there could be slight variation. We try to give as much information as we can within each style listing.  However, if you still have any questions about a specific style, please reach out to us at sales@1822denim.com and someone will get back to you.

  • Our jeans wash really well! We recommend machine wash on cold inside out, don’t add bleach, and tumble dry low or dry on a rack.

  • We pride ourselves on fast shipping! Orders are typically processed right away and depending on your location, should arrive within a week of placing your order. You will receive an invoice and tracking number from our shipping team once the order has been shipped.

  • Yes! We are committed to sustainability and using eco-friendly fabrics. We have quite a substantially sized eco-friendly collection where our products are crafted with REPREVE® fibers made from 30% recycled plastic bottles and 100% repurposed water. Additionally, we also have many styles crafted from TENCEL™ fabric that is heavenly, and so soft to the touch. Our customers can’t get enough of our sustainable fabrics, and we continuously look to grow this category more and more each year.

  • Yes! We love offering promotions for our customers including seasonal sales, special offers, sample sales, and much more. If you’re connected with us by email, you will receive updates on our latest promotions.

  • We do! Delivery times and fees will vary depending on where you are located. For more specific information, please send your full shipping address to sales@1822denim.com for an estimated quote.

  • We want to make placing orders with us as easy as possible. You can always order directly through one of our dedicated, corporate sales representatives, who will help you with everything you need.  We are also established on amazing platforms like Faire, Nuorder, and FashionGO where you can browse all our products and make your purchase (and guess what, your sales rep can help you out here too should you have any questions).

  • We accept Credit cards and charge only when shipping. That means if you place a pre-order for a future date, this is just to hold and reserve your styles and sizes. We won’t charge you until your order is ready to ship.  We also do N30 TERMS. However, that means you must be set up with a bank and credit factor. For more information, please reach out to sales@1822denim.com, and they will send you a form. We do not approve you, the bank/credit factor does.  For international accounts, ACH/Wire is also accepted.

  • We do not believe in a dollar amount for an opening order. We want new stores to feel comfortable when trying our brand for the first time. We prefer at least 6-8 units of a style, and at least 3 styles on an opening order.  However, we are always open to conversation and accommodations.

  • No minimum, you can order 1 piece for a reorder if you would like, 1 piece for a special order if you would like. Please note however, that shipping is expensive, and since you are responsible for your shipping, please note that shipping 1 piece is the same amount of $ as shipping about 6 units.  We always suggest trying to order a few pieces at a time whether it’s testing a new style or getting a couple fill-ins at the same time.  Either way, we are always happy to accommodate any kind of reorder.

  • Good News!! We believe that our customers should be allowed to choose the sizes they need for their clientele. We offer open sizing over here!

  • We stand by our product, and we will always do right by our customers. If you should receive a damaged item, we will replace it asap. We require a photo of the damaged item along with the size and style number.  If you have a return on a specific style or just 1 unit for a different reason, this is to be discussed with your sales representative. If approved all items must be returned to the warehouse in their original condition with all tags attached.  Our tags cannot be altered in any way, and our bag tags must still be attached. If you wish to use your own store tags, you must save our tags in the event you may return, or we will not accept these items. If you have any specific questions about what is required for a return or exchange to be accepted, please reach out to your sales representative.  We are fair with our customers and try to do our best to accommodate these requests if they are justified. Please note there is a 30-day window from the time your shipment is marked delivered to discuss returns or damages.
